The NFL is not for long and I'm okay with change if there is improvement but not change for change sake.
Like it or not, the best course for the franchise is to keep our fingers crossed and hope the triumvirate of Jay-McVay-Cousins experiment works out.
Or else we're blowing it up.

I agree with this point. However, if Scot wants his own choice as HC, then it would be better for him to make the change early in the build process. So I think that if he decides to make that change he'll probably do it this off-season rather than waiting any longer.
