I hate that argument about talent because its simply not true. The coaches are supposed to develop the talent and they can't just assume that players are going to be professional.

I hope that they clean house on the defensive side. My pick for DC would be Ken Norton Jr., Jerry Gray, Leslie Frazier or Mike Singletary.
