I'll give you Rich Gannon because he did make all-pro one of the years in Oakland. That said, I think it says a lot that Bill Callahan took the very same team that Gruden coached and got them to the Super Bowl.

it's easy to be a good coach when you got a stacked team, which is exactly what Gruden worked with in both locations. Also, who picked those players? We know good and damn well Al made the selections in Oakland and he inherited a stacked team in Tampa. We all saw what happened when McKay left for Atlanta and Chucky and Bruce were making the personnel calls.

That said, he's NOT the answer here. Not even close by a long shot.
