I want an HC who can give this team an identity and get maximum results/performance from his players, and at the same time gives the attention to details like clock-management and constant in-game adjustments. We're missing on all cylinders right now in these ways.

I also want that coach to have an opportunity to scout all the players on the roster, and that isn't even possible under the current coaching group. The more it rolls around upstairs I like the idea of giving Raheem the rest of the season to mix things up and put the word out Washington is looking for the best HC, OC and DC available. I feel like our process has sucked the last two changeovers. Post Gibbs II was a mess, and bringing in father/son combo was super risky. Hopefully BA can manage this process like a pro and next year is all positive.
