Wow, some props from Hoges!!
I thought this guy was(Hoges) the ultimate Skins hater. But, he stated he thought Gibbs did the right thing by pulling Ramsey. He basically put it this way. Ramsey sooner or later is going to get hurt. Bad. I felt that too, but felt no need to chime in, because I don't know dick. But, when you here former players point that out, you have to take there word. I was always worried about Patrick getting drubbed. He is probably to tough for his own good.

I think his name is Merrille Hodge. Probably doesn't know as much as the insiders. Sorry for the wasted bits and bytes and the very hard drive that fuels this site.

I'll have what he is smoking. |
Re: Wow, some props from Hoges!!
Hodge is right. Ramsey is a statue when the pocket collapses around him. Holding on to the ball and waiting so long for the WR to separate has really hurt his career.

Merrill Hoge was a running back drafted out of Idaho State in 87 to the Pittsburgh Steelers. He's an analyst for ESPN now. He played about 8 years before hanging it up from too many concussions. I guess that makes him an insider. |
