Good move by the FO. This is only first offseason by Peters but it's hard to not be happy with how Peters have handled the roster so far.

I thought he would get more than 20M per year. This seems very reasonable.

Really good to see Cosmi remain long term and most excited his new look paying homage to tv star Chumlee

He's not elite but it's a solid signing.

I can't help but think that this is a testament to where the players think this ship is heading. In previous years, players like Cosmi would have waited it out and sought more $$ in the offseason. It's just another good sign.

I agree this is a sign that players want to play here now. Scherff would have never done this. I was kind of surprised he didn't play out the season and then be set up for an even larger payday as he would be either franchised or on the open market. Great move by the team, lock up players like Cosmi and Luvo for several years.
