Jay earned it. He has done a very good job. This contract extension should help keep us on track.

The real test is how he does with these new coordinators. If he shows an ability to hire the right guys then I'll be sold on him. That's the open question - does he limit himself too much by going with guys he knows and is comfortable with.

Was happy to read that this morning. Like others said, however, I wish they had done it after the season ended. But better late than never. The first head coach Snyder has ever extended.

Yep, first HC extension under Snyder... for a while I've felt this offseason would be a cross road for this team, for now we can hope they're heading in the right direction.
