Not sure how much traction an NBA thread is going to get with the majority of you probably being Wizards fans. Sixers with a huge win tonight without Embiid. Harden was so clutch. Got the Lakers making a statement. Knicks vs Heat 2.0. This is an old school race to the finish.

Sixers never should have gotten rid of him. Absolutely love Buckets. He has a nagging ankle injury I think. Heat vs Sixers is a real possibility. Out of the four teams left we are absolutely guaranteed an epic Eastern Conference Finals.

I used to love the Suns when Barkley was there and the sixers were irrelevant. Ainge, KJ, Majerle stickin the threes. Loved that team. You were probably like 10 years old. Lol. Can’t root for Durant though. I would love to see a Jokic vs Embiid finals.

Glad the knicks won. Want that shit to go to 7!

Basketball playoffs are weird. Y'all got whooped tonight. But it was such a whooping between 2 equally matched teams, that I don't see a huge lesson. It's a throw away game. Go home 1-1, and try to go back to Boston 3-1.

dude it took a career night from harden to beat the celtics and the celtics basically hand it to the sixers monday, i be shocked if philly won this series. boston has owned philly.

how are they evenly matched?

sixers squeaked one by monday got trashed last night and boston has owned the sixers for years even embiid says that.

Equally/evenly was the wrong word choice. Should have said closely matched teams. I was just basing it off of only being 3 games apart in the regular season.

That game 6 in Philly was absolutely horrendous. Was it 86 points? Game 7 was lost after game 6. Embiiid and Harden both aren't those dudes. And Rivers is one of the most overrated HCs of all times.

disappointing but i expected them to lose, that is just the identity of that team at least its core.

Not sure they will ever get over the hump.

but honestly i cant be that mad every year they are very competitive; if the Commanders made it to the NFC Title game nearly every year i be over the moon.

I don't really watch NBA so for those of you that follow sell me on why I should tune in to this final. Are there any notable players that are must see? Unless it is a household name like Steph Curry or Giannis I kind of don't pay attention.

Jokic is the best player in the world and Jamal Murray is fun to watch. As for Miami Jimmy Buckets can at times completely take a game over but watch Miami as a team … they truly define team. Because Erik Spoelstra is the best coach in any sport in the world right now. Gonna be a great series.

Erik Spoelstra. Watch his post game news conference after game 6. He is an absolute wizard. Boston is clearly a better team on paper but he is a master when push comes to shove.

Had to google the Jokic dude. Hard to believe he is the best player the NBA by looking at him. He looks like he should be remodeling my bathroom instead. I will definitely have to watch a game to see how could he is.

31 points, 21 rebounds, and 14 assists in game one vs the Lakers. The man is basically 7 ft tall. He is insane. Probably should have won the mvp for the third year in a row, and Im a Sixers/Embiid fan.
