This game has the feel of the 2012 Thanksgiving game. Hope the offense picks up the slack on the defense. Can't have 3 and outs, and gotta have the running game churning. That is harder with Dallas getting their D line healthy this week.

Hopefully Turner is up to the task for this game, he has to focus on getting the ball to Gibson, Bates, McLaurin and Samuel. I think Samuel will have his breakout game today.

Finally I expect Patterson and Reyes to make a few plays today as well.

On D they brought up Reaves, I expect we will be seeing Collins blitz Dak as often as he can.

We have so many guys out, I can't get mad if we lose.

Dallas should be absolutely embarrassed if we pull this off.

Shocked we even have 45 guys left to have a roster.

Dallas flew in their fucking benches.

The level of disrespect is astonishing.

That being said, I would punch a baby to win this game but we have no shot at all.

Their d line is going to DESTROY our patchwork o line and that's just gonna be that sadly.

This is bullshit.[/QUOTE]This is going to be the new norm with a 17 game season (and the thing which won't be named). Dallas had a ton of players out for a while. Detroit may not have a full roster. Every team has injuries and sickness issues. This team has to buckle up and beat Dallas.

This is absolutely extreme. This is well beyond the normal level of guys missing. It's in the double digits. Very hard to make-up for that.

Close contact should not require sitting out. I don't even think positive tests should anymore either, especially if asymptomatic. COVID is going to be around for the rest of our lives. And we should be treating it like any other illness. Please don't turn this comments into arguments about vaccination statuses for individuals. This is just my opinion about people who have it, regardless of status.

I didn’t render an opinion at all. Just noted he was out. You, however, did note a COVID-related opinion (with which I disagree but won’t debate here).

Back to football, wouldn’t it be terrible if something happened to those benches if say, hypothetically, fans take the field if WFT manages somehow despite the depleted roster to win? Terrible for Jerry, that is.
