You have to wonder if the Eagles have any remorse letting go of Wentz. I felt like they needed to hit the reset w/ him instead of letting him go. Now they're stuck w/ Hurts who is not a 16 game starter.

I would take Hurts in a heartbeat.I didnt watch the whole game but from what I saw he was running for his life on almost every play,and was Turner calling the Eagles plays from DC? All passes out of the gun with very little thought of running the ball

YES! The boo birds were out last night for obvious reasons. Then he ran that TD in to give them 14 points...the look on his face was like - "boo that", but at the same time he also looked defeated, or that he just didn't want to be there.

Hard to really read someone based solely on their expressions on a television screen, but something isn't right with him in my opinion.

Yeah it isn’t an exact science and you may not be able to read skill level but Heineke has that im in it to win it look almost all the time. Looks genuinely upset when he fucks up. You said what I was trying to say about Hurts. Doesn’t wanna be there look. That is what I was going for. And I think it is because he knows he doesn’t have it, and will not be for long. He just doesn’t have the passing skills whatsoever.

I am as big a Heinicke fan as there is on this board, but I wish the FO had made an offer Stafford could NOT have refused. Not saying our dysfunction wouldn't still be in play, but man would he be great with McLaurin.
