Good Article About JC
Jason Campbell’s first pass as an NFL quarterback was the most beautiful throw I’ve ever seen. I’m wary of folks who rhapsodize about the aerial flight of a hallowed-out pig’s bladder filled with pressurized air, but if this thing were any prettier it would’ve worn a black North Face and been drinking a whiskey sour.

Re: Good Article About JC
One of the best articles I've read.

Re: Good Article About JC
Great article and I strongly agree with many of their points. And it goes back to what iv'e been saying, if JC was in another system he would do so much better. Jc is not a Quick release QB and not having a BIG wr doesn't help either.

Thanks for the link to that excellent article. Maybe, just maybe, JC will have a decent big receiver to throw to this year (are you listening Malcolm and Devin?) |

You know, out of all the horrible transactions of recent years, this one pisses me off the most. When Lloyd was here, he did a Redskins show (I think every Fiday night) co-hosting with Bram Weinstein on ESPN radio. It seemed to me that he was more interested in his rapping career than football. He had a piss poor work ethic and on the rare occassion that he made it on the field for us, he did not produce. Then I gotta watch him go to the Bears and light it up. What an ass hat. |
Re: Good Article About JC
Yep...great article. I'm to the point I hope JC has tremendous success in the NFL regardless of the uniform he wears. I honestly can't think of a player who deserves it more.

As far as making any contributions, he disappeared as soon as he signed the contract. |

Brandon Lloyd never lit it up. |

Good article except it brought back painful memories of M. Brunnell. Woulda Coulda Shoulda is the definition after Brunnell's name. |

I agree with being pissed off. 2 draft picks for the jerk to stand on the sidelines. However, he only had 26 grabs for 2 TD's for Da Bears. |
Re: Good Article About JC
Compared to what he did for our team that's about a 200% increase in productivity!

He actually had 1 more yard in his first season with us than he did last year in Chicago. |

Me and my buddy used to joke about Brunell, always referring to him as "happy feet", wearing a tophat and cane doing some broadville show. Then finishing the performance with some jazz hands. Still cracks us up. |

Jeff George brings more painful memories for me. He collected gobs of money and threw the interceptions to match. Of course that was after Danny bumped Brad Johnson...who then went on to BEAT US at FedEx and collect a Super Bowl ring. |
Brandon Lloyd never lit it up.
To say he lit it up may be a stretch, but he went to the Bears (for much less money) and made an immediate impact. He had 364 yards, 14.0 ypc, 2 TD's and made some good special teams plays. At any rate, do you contribute any introspection to this site or do you just play thread police? |
