Re: What REALLY grinds your gears?
1. Spam Snail Mail. Big FU goes out to Capital One. Truly a shitty company. I took myself off from their marketing list and they stopped sending me solicitations for a year but they started again.
2. People who don't return their shopping carts to the appropriate place. The middle of the parking lot is not an appropriate place mother fucker. 3. Boxes. Everything you buy comes in a box. I wish I could just walk out of the store with just the goods and no packaging! |

Re: What REALLY grinds your gears?
and after reading sadens I'd like to add that plastic packaging they use now, thats like melted together and sealed, you know the kind, you can barely cut it so you cut one end off then you try to pull it apart and slice your hands up on the damn plastic! Why cant they just have it pop together and put a sticker over to seal it or something I mean damn

Yes sir, I most certainly do. I got to keep the boxes until the return policy expires and after that I have to get rid of them. I hate boxes...the prettier they are the more I hate them. The harder they are to open, the more I hate them. Even though boxes can be recycled, it'd rather have us do away with them all together. |

Yes that too... I have cut myself trying to open those god damn things many times. |

[/QUOTE] You reminded me of something...those people that think they own the whole damn isle with their cart!!! The park the cart sideways, or directly in the middle of the isle like they are the only people that shop there. I actually run into their carts, when they look at me, I laugh and say "there are other people here". |

Re: What REALLY grinds your gears?
Taking a day off work to attend a funeral only to come back to work to find EVERYTHING f-ed up. My replacement for the day cost the company somewhere in the neighborhood of $35,000 dollars.

Re: What REALLY grinds your gears?
I'm right there with you saden. Damn morons who leave their carts in the middle of everything because they're too f'ing lazy to push the damn thing another 5 feet to put it in a corral. I mean, you pushed the goddamn thing all throughout the store and back to the car, what's another 5 f'ing feet!
And PFunk, plastic packaging sucks. I know they are trying to deter theft, but seriously. You need several PhDs to open those things without completely messing it up. |

that really pisses me off or people who take up 2 parking spots with a f**king chrysler calvailer jackasses |
Re: What REALLY grinds your gears?
Yes, they do it intentionally because they don't want anyone knocking into their stupid shit cars. I think legally you can "try" to fit into that spot and totally tear up their car.

The f*ing stores who have the corrals but only every other row. Making you have to navigate your cart in between cars to get to one. How the f*ck they think that is any more convenient than just taking it back to the front of the store I have no idea. The worst around here is Costco. They those GD monster carts that have zippy chance of fitting in between two cars and 50% of the time you can't get to the corrals because of it. |
Re: What REALLY grinds your gears?
Stores in general piss me off. If I could cheaply do my grocery shopping online, I would. Like I cannot stand going after work and it's totally packed where I can hardly move.
|
Re: What REALLY grinds your gears?
Arrogance, dishonesty, stupid people who think they are smart, and people who immediately "size others up" to see how they might be useful assets.
|
Re: What REALLY grinds your gears?
Not knowing when an awesome sale is, and catching it too late.
My wife just got back from the Super Giant, where she picked up the last Gilette Fusion Power razor that costs Zero dollars and zero cents. That's right, the razor I use, with a Power kicker, for nothing. I'd have "bought" fifty of those if there was some notice, and given them to neighborhood kids for Halloween. |
Re: What REALLY grinds your gears?
Dishonesty and selfishness

You know what really girnds my gears? Those idiots on two lane roads that turtle race each other while you are stuck behind them both. Look pass the SOB, get over to the right, and allow the rest of us to f***ing pass. If I get a speeding ticket its my F***ing problem not yours, get the hell out of the way! By the way I practice what I preach, if I don't feel like driving fast I pass the guy then move over to the right. STOP CRUIZING IN THE LEFT FU**ING LANE!

Re: What REALLY grinds your gears?
Just seeing a picture of George W. churns my stomach. I can't think or talk about him without becoming enraged. Even now, I have the urge to spew all the venom in my soul about Bush in this Forum, but will restrain myself, with difficulty.

Re: What REALLY grinds your gears?
Raise your hand if you knew, without reading his post, what Crazyhorse was going to write about?

UM, if you are IN the service business than you should do it right. Don't ask me to shell out $100 when you can't even remember my glass of wine, or water... and you forget to bring my salad! |
