Home Stadium Convo
RFK would be sweet, but I'll take a new stadium anywhere.

Good to see first steps being taken to get back to RFK

The RFK site is the near-perfect place to build the new stadium. It will re-unify the fan base by providing near perfect stadium access from all of D.C., Northern Virginia, as well as Montgomery and Prince Georges counties in Maryland via major highways, Metro, circular bus routes and even on foot from parts of the city. The fans Who identify themselves as "from D.C." will flock back to the new stadium and they will become as passionate as ever. |
Re: Home Stadium Convo
Going back to RFK would be so amazing and such a win for this new ownership group

Is there another circus that would buy it? |

Pretty sure ownership cares. Much of the team value is in real estate. Already has metro right there, major shopping across the street new and old existing homes already in the area, no one needs it as in U of M, Navy, Ravens and all ready a semi new soccer stadium in Montgomery county. Just curious becuase they still have 5-7 years( i think)left on the agrement with Maryland before they are free of it. |

From what I have been reading, a new stadium will not be for at least 7 years. So not sure this matters. |

Harris basically has to build team partnership's back up from scratch. I would like to be wrong on this though. |

Gotta put a Hong Kong Club in the stadium in the new build

Last year the Commanders finished last in working conditions and amenities: https://www.hogshaven.com/2023/3/1/23620879/washington-commanders-players-call-out-dan-snyders-terrible-facilities-staff-in-new-nflpa-survey-nfl From the article: The Washington Commanders were dead last overall, and in last place in several categories. The only category that Washington got high marks in was for its strength coaches, and they were tied for first there. Complaints include small locker rooms, weight rooms, training rooms, space for hot/cold tubs, and lack of onsite Hong Kong Club |
Re: Home Stadium Convo
The Giants beat us yet again. We can't even have the worst stadium. Those fuckers exist to 1-up us, and lose to everyone else.
