I know money talks but didn't G. Williams say at some point in the recent past that he would never return to Washington to coach?

Don’t forget Tomsula, very well liked and a great motivator.

Smith most likely is gone, not a huge loss either. He's average at best at his position.

1 is such a big personality now I don't think he would come back as a coordinator.

If he did, is he a guy who would fall in line behind a HC?
Stop getting my hopes up for a new d-coordinator. I haven't seen anything to indicate they are going to make any changes this offseason, including Bruce.

I'd love G.Will back btw but Cleveland is really going to make a tough decision this offseason, G.Will has them playing better than any coach in their history. If I'm Cleveland I stick with him, he's more than earned it.

I'd also take Rex but isn't he out of the game since the Jets firing? He might be enjoying his retirement/his wife's toes too much to get back in the game.

And finally, since all indications point to Gruden coming back, I think he should hire another legit o-coordinator. I don't think he's smart enough to handle playcalling and HC responsibilities.
I’ve heard multiple reporters and insiders say d cor is the most likely move. Which kinda sux. But the empty seats and the falling tv ratings in dc should spurn change. Obviously, the most logical move is Bruce being fired...still a hope there.

Firing Bruce Allen has got to be the number one priority. He is an absolute moron. Truthfully the entire staff needs to go but getting rid of Allen would be enough to make me happy.

Needs in order as far as team, WR, WR, ILB, S, CB, G. I honestly think JJ can run this offense well enough to get us through another season while we address these other holes. Especially with a full off season and pre season for him.

We have to draft a QB next year. I don't mind having JJ back to compete but as a 16 game starter? Idk.. that would be real tough. That's asking a lot out of him.

They return two WRs from IR. Sure they need another WR. They need 3 or 4 safeties. O-line is a top priority too

I agree!!!! Give the man some playmakers other than AP and he could be good! We need a go to TE that stays healthy!

Can not count on Richardson. He will never play 16 games.
After another disaster of a game on MNF (we all knew it was coming), It is time to start over as an organization. Yes that may seem a little premature but hear me out.

A. Jay Gruden just can't get the job done plain and simple. He is now 1-7 on MNF . The Skins are now 0-6 this season after trailing at any point in a game, that is almost unheard of.

B. This team is constantly out schemed and out coached weekly, yes we have had injuries but it is also a scheme issue and we clearly can't keep up with the better teams.

C. The guys show fight I will give Jay that, even last night when everyone knew we had no chance,(Clinton Portis said before the game "it would take a miracle") they were only down 1 point in the 4th. Jay starts calling some of the worst BS play calls we could imagine. Almost as bad as Jim Zorn. Instead of running the ball since the whole world knew Mark didn't know the play book, he brings out some fuckery and makes the team look like clowns on national tv.

D. Bruce Allen needs to go, I don't see it happening because he is Dan's boy but it is beyond time to let his ass walk. The Mcnabb , RG3 , Kirk and now Alex situations at QB alone should grant a firing.

E. FUCK YOU DAN SNYDER for ruining a once proud historic franchise into a laughing stock of the NFL. Nothing good has come since Dan bought the team, in fact we are constantly doomed year in and year out.

INJURIES - Look guys and Rave, this team is cursed PERIOD. You can't sit there and tell me otherwise. It is unreal how many injuries this team has yearly, guys drop like flies. The QB situation should have never even been this bad, we are stuck with Mark Sanchez as the QB1 for the last 4 weeks, it is laughable at this point. Being a Redskins fan is now the equivalent to being a Lions or Browns fan, I don't give a flying fuck about 3 SB's that happened 30 years ago, this team needs a clean slate and it starts with BA, JAY and his staff. All need to be fired by DEC 31st.

I hope we lose out and get a top 10 Pick, draft Will Grier or Justin Herbert and start over.

Have at it folks
I agree with everything you've said,as I've said myself, and I'll say again folks don't believe in mystical things such as curses, laugh if you wanna but until this team changes the racist name this team is-CURSED..that and the fact that Gruden can't coach worth a damn and why oh why is Bruce Allen still here?????

I had forgotten all about Richardson,I know that we can't get rid of everybody[too bad]but I hope they let Doug run things and pluleeeeeeeeeeeeze keep Bruce as far away as possible, fire Gruden's sorry butt oh and we may need a quarterback somewhere down the line..like maybe a young one with some upside and how bout a pair of receivers.

Quit speaking for everybody else, just because your bum ass is on here talking about rooting for the Eagles, and fuck the Redskins doesn't mean everybody else is.

Whether it’s a virtue or a flaw, Snyder is incredibly loyal to “his guys.” Expecting him to fire Allen is unrealistic. The best we can hope for is that he’s moved outside of football ops and this could very well be step 1 towards that.

If Bruce is moving away from football operations and going to focus exclusively on the business side of things (like the stadium deal), then Lafemina was no longer necessary. And From what I’ve read, Bruce is pretty connected and involved with the stadium deal. While we all want him GONE, Snyder could have felt it would set the deal back too much if he let Allen go.

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I'm not mad at all.

And I give my opinion.

Please give examples.

I can show you a recent post where I said Manusky should be replaced. From the couch, I thought he should have brought more pressure.

I simply took issue with a player bitching to the MEDIA. Bitching to the media literally accomplishes nothing but division between players and coaches.

If dude didn't like the way things were done he should have addressed his concerns to his coaches and teammates instead of bitching.

If the response he got was, "hey guy, this is how we do things here" he should have asked to be traded or released.

That's how the chain of command works in any organization in any context.

If dude didnt want to be here they would have helped him leave. Cooley and other members of the media have said so on numerous occasions.

You cannot name one successful team that tolerates divisive insubordination. This was a competent move by an incompetent FO. Just because this FO made the decision doesn't mean it's wrong. Each decision should be judged on it's own merits.

Dude was told to keep stuff private on two prior occasions, he didn't, he's gone. It's not complicated.
