Cousins, Reed, Grant, Crowder, ST's (Trenton Robinson) all get game balls.

Did u take into account the number of players out due to injury?

Yeah it is the bucs, and they totally imploded (how many penalties did they have). But credit where credit is due, they kept playing after getting down by 24 (or started playing depending on how you look at it). We also won a 3rd quarter for once. Was nice to see.

I think we'll definitely get Thompson and DJax back.

Culliver and Hall are on the bubble, not sure how they've been progressing.

There were 20 total penalties today. The #Redskins only accounted for 4 of them. Disciplined team effort today.

I don't give a rat's ass who it's against! We've been on the wrong end of so many things for so long, all I care about is being happy on Sunday! Nice win going into the bye. Was thinking it was going to be a long two weeks before we get to lose to the pats. Now, two weeks of joy and irrational dreaming.

Anyone who posted negative about Kirk after the first quarter is a fucking moron.

Meks was on point and realistic.

Re: Bucs v. Skins Gameday Thread

We all know Kirk has only kept his job because of RG3's contract and the fact Gruden is glued to the hip of Cousins. The thing with Cousins is he can have a game like this against the Eagles or today's game against the Bucs, but for every one game like this he has 2-3 like he did against Atlanta or the Giants. To be honest though the first half felt more like literally everyone had no energy or heart with all the missed tackles and blown assignments. was great to finally see some type of life and proper motivation exhibited at the beginning of the second half. Bye week couldn't have come at a better time with all of our injuries, but there are some really tough games right after the break so it'd be wonderful to see this momentum utilized for once.

I want to be hopeful after wins like this, but the team has to show it won't shit the bed after a solid win. I mean I honestly can't remember the last time this team won back to back games and that's a scary, sucky feeling.

LOVE what I saw out of Cousins today. I will own up to being a big critic. It's just been frustrating to see us lose games that could have easily wins. I hope he can carry the same fire to "non-red code" games.

By the way, the old Redskins lose this game.

Well dont hold ur breath about not shitting the bed...pats are next.
I totally agree with ur "stay medium" thing, Cursing Cousins one week n praising him the next is crazy. Time will tell what side of the fence he spends most of his time on.
That being said im enjoying the shit out of the biggest come from behind victory in team history. That shit takes heart and skill, I dont care who we played.

Yeah I concur here. I also don't think Kirk should have screamed "you like that!!" Postgame to media. Its great he showed emotion but now if he has a subpar game where he costs the team next couple of weeks that will be played over and over and he will be mocked/bashed even more.

It's great team got comeback win but prove that's not a blip and just because it's the inept bucs.

Re: Bucs v. Skins Gameday Thread

KC had a great second half today and certainly did a great job of "shouldering" the team to lead it to a giant comeback victory today. We have all seen the Good Kirk before, but the challenge has been that he could easily come back next game as.............Dark Kirk with a few int's and no yards...etc.
Just say...........NO to Dark Kirk!

Beautiful win today...give a ton of credit to cousins, played great, but Jordan Reed was out of his mind-best game of his career. Jordan Reed won every match up-very Gronk-like dominanting performance.

F them and good for KC. So tired of these clowns in the media crying like 5 year olds.

I also think he has proven that he can bring us back and lead the offense down the field for game winning drives.
I'll eat some Cousins crow. Dude recovered in the 2nd half. Pretty amazing show. Props to Gruden for FINALLY making 2nd half adjustments.

Now if only we could put our 1st half performances (prior to this game) with our 2nd half performance (this game) and we could be at LEAST an average team at this point.
Lol, that's funny...if we had a second half like that in the previous five games, at this point we would be 6-0... 'lil better than average...

Agreed. A win should be celebrated, especially when you rally from 24 down. The negativity from some just amazes me.
