Of course, we're not a good team, but it is more due to coaching than overall personnel. The Giants did the same thing defensively the entire game and Bieneimy didn't much adjust.

Giving up only 14 points should be a win, but Bieneimy shitted the bed.

Agreed, but the liklihood is that JDR walks with him and probably a few of the D coaches. They'd have to have a DC lined up, plus cover for whoever else goes. If they've got this in hand, totally agree with firing Ron and JDR right now.

Some of y'all are irrational if you believe most or the entire team will be or needs to be flushed. It can't nor won't happen. I'll continue to say part of it is personnel but a lot of it is coaching.

This is a bottom 5 coaching staff. The head coach, defensive coordinator, and offensive coordinator are garbage.

Ron Rivera is a career loser. Had a couple good seasons because he wasn’t the gm and had superman at quarterback. He is the most atrocious clock manager in the game and his gm decisions are criminal. He brings absolutely nothing, and i mean nothing, to the table.

This team is unprepared, undisciplined and lacks creativity. It's on the coaches. When you are getting beat left and right by the opposing DL, make some changes to the OL. Bench Wylie, replace him with Lucas, bench gates replace him with Larsen or Stromberg, even replace Charles with someone else.

Need to make some changes and fire someone.

Problem is EB's side of the ball was not ready either. It's like they did not expect Martindale to blitz. He should have been ready for that and wasn't until the 2nd half.

I'd be all for canning Ron if we had someone but we don't.

It is both personnel and coaching. There are maybe five guys on each side of the ball that are keepers. That isn’t good enough even if we had a better staff. Ron has failed at being a gm and a HC.

Yeah should but we must remember the Giants missed a FG. We had one blocked (should have gone for it) gave up 242 yards in the first half to a backup QB, constant 3rd down defensive penalties.

There are maybe 15 guys on this team I would like to keep out if 53. Ron has made a bad team worse.

That is GM Ron.

Coach Ron is never able to out game plan anyone in the first half. His clock management skills and decisions in game are absolutely mind numbing.

Sam regressed in this game. Missed three throws in big spots but I think he is absolutely shell shocked at this point.

EB ran the same weak run play on first down all fucking day and is a big disappointment.

JDR gave up two early touchdowns to a team that couldn’t sniff the endzone since mid September. Woefully ill prepared like his partner in crime.

Our oline is a stinking pile of garbage. Leno is absolutely lost. Wylie should not even be on a practice squad. Gates is embarrassing himself. Two great pickups there by Ron.

Dotson is a bust.

We are an all around failure and if you want this rebuild to be expedited you will be happy to know we are picking top 5 in the draft with a competent fo and staff in place. That is the only good thing about this team right now. Snyder is gone and Harris will get an actual team in place. But throw us a bone and fire Ron tomorrow. Idc who the interim coach is. Show us that you care.

If he doesn't figure it out re: his internal clock then he'll end up becoming a journeyman. He'll stick around because he has the tools, but he's gotta work on his pocket presence.
