Do you believe Peyton used HGH? Im not sure, but the allegations by al jezera is HGH was shipped repeatedly to his home in florida to his wife. The only FDA approved uses of HGH are The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has approved the use of the Human Growth Hormone for the treatment of Human Growth Hormone deficiency in adults and in children, as well as, for certain other conditions, including renal insufficiency, HIV infection, etc. Its efficacy in these cases has been well - established by research and medical studies.

So if his wife is seeking treatment for a handful of uses then its explainable...but if not?

Re: Week 16

I know with certainty that many NFL players use/d HGH because (a) it works and (b) the NFL doesn't test for it (yet).

So while HGH was/is illegal it wasn't tested for by the NFL.

I speculate that's why so many college players easily add 15 lbs of muscle between the end of school and the combine.

If Peyton did use HGH I think he's certainly smart enough to cover his tracks and not get caught like this.

Re: Week 16

Did the NFL call in to Hochuli to tell him to throw a flag on a missed face mask call? Certainly looked that way and if so, just another reminder of how bad this league is run.

Replay rules state they cannot be used to determine a penalty. I think the NFL decided to secretly start doing this in prime time games after so many botched prime time games this year. But will it be applied evenly? Is it fair to all 32 teams?

Hochuli appeared to have help in making a facemasking call | ProFootballTalk

"The league has already adopted new policies during the playoffs to allow increased communication between the league’s officiating office and the referee on the field, although those policies expressly prohibit the league office from telling the ref to throw a penalty flag."

This is intentionally sloppy click-bait-seeking journalism imo. The single source was some guy named Sly who interned at the "Guyer institute" for 3 months in 2013. Peyton was patient in 2011 only. The al jazeera "reporter" is some type of convicted con man.

Guyer institute has said this guy Sly only interned there for 3 months, 2 years after peyton was a patient and he never got HGH.

Sly himself said he made the whole thing up bc he thought the al jazeera reporter guy (who used to be a sprinter or something) could hook him up, so he said he started dropping random sports names to try and impress the al jazeera reporter.

al jazeera should not be taken seriously in the US. I used to read their web format every day for years until about 2 years ago when they changed it to a us version for us and a different version for the ME. its still slanted bias journalism but it is scrubbed down some.

So the reporter was on the Today Show aka the Erica Hill and Dillon Dreyer Ass Show and is standing behind the story. Within this interview, Guyer HR confirms he did work there during the correct time period. Also, she states she doesn't have direct evidence Peyton took HGH, just that his wife repeatedly was sent HGH. I think we need to look a little harder...I wouldn't just sweep it under the rug

I watched the 4 min interview of the Al jazeera spokesperson. I didnt see or hear anyone from Guyer Institute say Sly interned with them in 2011. Guyer has said he started his 3 month internship in 2013.

Al jazeera released a transcript of a phone call they made to Guyer confirming Sly's internship. The "phone call" doesnt pass the smell test imo. They call and in 10 seconds have someone confirming an internship date? Decide for yourself.

"The start date of Sly's internship in Al Jazeera's transcript conflicts with the account that Guyer provided in his official statement and to other reporters.
“I would emphasize that Mr. Sly was never an employee of the Guyer Institute and his brief three-month internship occurred in 2013 during which time Peyton was not even being treated or present in the office," Guyer told MMQB's Peter King on Sunday.
"Mr. Sly began his unpaid student internship with us on February 18th, 2013," he continued."

It's great to see the other 3 teams in some form of disarray, and the Skins looking like the sane one in the division!

This columnist is Bipolar, imo, about CK:
Eagles Shakeup? - The Morning Call
Despite this team's dismal performance, I think Kelly should return as coach and have another year of control over player personnel, preferably with some more experienced help from a front-office guy they bring in.

My views on the team's most important needs haven't changed. They need a game-breaking receiver and multiple offensive lineman, including a tackle to prepare for the end of Jason Peters' great career. They also need a pass rusher, an inside linebacker and a cornerback. A blocking tight end wouldn't hurt, either, with Brent Celek's career winding down.
Wait, WHAT, Keep CK with the year under the belt, and all they need is a WR (cough cough djax), and linemen (ummm evan mathis), an ILB (kiko anyone?) I mean, how can you say in one breath he should keep control over players, but then say you need all the parts he basically wasted away???

and his last paragraphs:
In terms of who should be gone, No. 1 is Riley Cooper, who might be the league's worst starting wide receiver, followed by bust Marcus Smith. I'm sick of Josh Huff, too.

DeMarco Murray? Shop him. If they can pick up a third round pick for him, go for it.
Um, those are all CK's guys right there...

IT'S GREAT TO BE ON THE SANE/WINNING SIDE AFTER SO LONG!!!

well the first problem here is Peter King is completely biased and a huge Peyton Manning supporter regardless of what comes out...see that's the problem with a lot of these media types, they aren't impartial. AND THATS THE NO 1 RULE OF JOURNALISM. unfortunately, this is what the media in general has become sadly.

second...Guyer lying to cover up and distance himself makes sense.

I think if HGH has been shipped to Peyton wife, this is a major concern.

For the most part I think Chip is sharp when it comes to Xs and Os (although I can't understand why he doesn't very the snap count more). Thankfully all Kelly's scheme prowess is undone by the fact that he's a terrible GM and has suspect people skills.

I hope the Eagles keep him right where he is.

Sounds a lot like Steve Spurrier. Aka the original Chip Kelly.
