I can see this same chain of events happening one by one in each of the former Soviet states until the USSR is completely re-assembled. Our President won't intervene.

Look back at the Obama presidency, its been like this the whole time. Basically sound bites and rhetorical quotes with little or no action. Apathetic response by the voters is even more disappointing than this President. I think he will be remembered as the most disappointing President of the modern time.
