^ Thats what I was going to say, Mort says that the surprise team for manning is 49ers, which would be a d*ck slap in the face to alex smith after Harbaugh said he is undoubtedly their QB. Having said that, the move makes the most sense IMO.

Harbaugh can say what he wants, fact is they still haven't agreed to a contract so for all intents and purposes their current QB is Colin Kaepernick |
