Where's any RPO? If you're gonna play someone then play to his strengths. I know the game, regardless of the player's ability.

Idk if it is fair to put in Howell today since he hasn't had any reps w/ the first team, but I would 100% start him next week. It looks like we have a high school player playing qb.
