LOL. Oh man I enjoyed this post immensely.
Also welcome Paulie G. It's always nice to have posters who share the same rooting interest and also have decent grammar. /resident grammar nazi.
I know right. His name scared me as it bears a striking resemblance to a certain Jersey Shore cast member but those concerns seem to be moot. I guess in time I'll be able to overlook his inability to finish Mass Effect. You know because only the really cool kids finish Mass Effect. |

What about kids who don't play Mass Effect? /raises hand I also shared initial concerns about his name but they were quickly overcome, you know if a Jersey Shore cast member posted on here he'd type lyK d!S. h3rP@ d3Rp!1! /struggled to type that, doesn't understand how other kids can do it. |
Re: Colts Officially Release Peyton Manning (QB Thread #11)
Probably...time...to start a new thread. The PM question seems to be answered...
My opinion only but I think if Mike Shanahan was more in love with the idea of Peyton we'd be a leading contender for him
Or could there be some agreement with PM's agent to use the Skins as "interested" to help drive the price up and the agent works with the Skins to get another client to come to the Skins say a WR or OL? |
I don't find RG3's finace that attractive to be honest. Am I the only one?
I don't find his finace nor his fiancé sexy. I like the pillows but I then notice the wide hips and big forehead. |

Do we really need another Robert Griffin thread? |

Technically this is a QB thread. And with that said. OMGI OMGI OMGI OMGI OMGI OMGI http://egotastic.com/2012/03/breaking-news-redskins-trade-for-2-draft-pick-will-nab-rg3/
A long time NFL executive and even longer time Egotastic! reader reports that the Rams have indeed traded their #2 draft pick in the 2012 NFL Draft to the Washington Redskins who will most certainly be expected to draft Robert Griffin III with their new and improved draft pick. The Rams have been shopping around their #2 draft slot to every NFL team with their eye on the RG3 prize for the past month or so and it seems like the Redskins have now won the bidding with a compensation package that is believed to include their #6 pick this season, their #1 pick in next year's draft, and perhaps some current players as well. Public announcements expected in the near future.
Seems legit :D |
Re: Colts Officially Release Peyton Manning (QB Thread #11)
On NFL network just showed Weedens Pro Day. Mike Mayock supprised at how well Weeden did and looked. Said all but 3 were taken from under center. 3,5, and 7 step drops. Mayocks concern was out routes beyond the numbers and Weeden threw them perfectly.
I'm excited. |

Yeah, I kind of learned after the fact what Egostatic was all about. |

By the way, I wonder how is Luck feeling with the Colts being blown up.

Well to be fair I did kind of post the story as tongue in cheek. I doubt a slightly more racy and online version of Maxim would be the first to break the story. If they are then I would be extremely surprised. Hypothetically though, I guess the reason to do it this early if they were to do it would be as a selling point to potential free agents. Instead of saying "we're trying to get RG3" they would get to say that they pretty much will have RG3 come April.
By the way, I wonder how is Luck feeling with the Colts being blown up.
Bad in that he gets a worse team then the one that was bad enough to draft him, good in that it's a sign that they will build around him, hopefully with a team thats not totally dependent on him doing everything like it was under Manning. |
