With the upcoming salary floor, I think we can sign some talent to benefit for the future while still somehow obtaining Luck. Signing free agents and being a bad team aren't mutally exclusive, especially when all teams are forced to pay a minimum amount, other teams competing for Luck will also be signing free agents.
