That play is the best example of why Cousins isn't good enough to be a starter.

That should have came out way earlier and before 2 guys got there to hit him on a high pass.

Couldn't agree more. The pass came out a beat late, and had llittle zip. Cousins hung Roberts to dry on that play.

He was open early and he hesitated. Ugh. Should've been an easy 15-20 yards.

You honestly think Gruden had to be begged to take a 5 mil per year? Lots of coaches would come here, especially with McC now the GM. This whole we begged Gruden to take the job is about as idiotic as it comes.

We had how many interviews prior to Gruden? People will come here. We now have a competent GM, even more would be willing to come. Seriously... who is turning down a 2 year 25 mil contract? Since most will be given a 5 year contract and fired after 2.
