lol no doubt...im waiting for his "if this, then this" analysis on how we make the playoffs after the first weekend.

I liked the fact that the team was able to overcome a couple of setbacks (drops, missed FGs, and the lost fumble) that in previous years would have completely doomed us.
I want to add Second Half Effort to the stud list. Great to see the team step it up and not settle down!
I love the fact that Rex was still chuck'in the ball, even with a sizable lead.
I put other for Nield. Two sacks and a forced fumble for a guy that no one thought would make the team ended up making a big difference. No offense to Cofield but Nield just looks fast out there, and hungry. I think he needs to get more reps.
Yeah im changing my vote to Neild. Someone else mentioned his 2 sacks and a FF came from only 10 defensive plays he was in for. A nose tackel getting 2 sacks and a FF is stright up badass and more impressive then what Kerrigan did yesterday in my opinion. Hopefully this wasnt a Chris Horton Saints game 1 time thing and he will be able to keep it up.

It's a multiple choice poll fellas.

I give it to Grossman for standing in there under some serious duress and throwing some really nice passes. Yeah me missed some, and he fumbled and took some sacks, but most QB's would've done the same thing, under those circumstances. Well done Rex!

Rex fumbled in a spectacular way that only he can do it. :D

Great game otherwise...he should have easily had 350-370 yards passing without some big drops on deep passes...and a nice play by Phillips on Armstrong.

I agree! This no name 7th rounder came in and caused some havoc! I was surprised that they released Bryant but now I see why. I want to see more of this guy.

Ryan Kerrigan. One word: momentum.

totally hyped to see this team do great things........ I think after all the change and drama that has come along with that change, the players will react very well to winning some games. Who would have thought we could start the season out 2-0? Hold on to yer knickers gents, this team could be heading to the playoffs..........Im just sayin........

Exactly. That field goal goes in and one of those passes get completed, and we are looking at a bonafide blow out. And we are not the ones getting pummeled!!!!! How long has it been since that has happened? I remember a time not so long ago where we couldnt get over the 18 point hump........glad to see that shouldnt be the case this season.

Neild played only 10 snaps. You put Neild in the time Cofield played and Cofield in the time Neild played and we'd be talking cofield up as a 3 sack NT. Neilds reps should increase from 10 to 15 but thats it.

My studs

Kerrigan. Welcome to the NFL rook.
Fletcher
Second half Rex
Orakpo and his right hand
Gaffney
Josh Wilson and DHall for not having their names called in a negative way
the giants Kevin Gilbride for practically handing us the game by calling an awful gameplan in the second half

Great game otherwise...he should have easily had 350-370 yards passing without some big drops on deep passes...and a nice play by Phillips on Armstrong.
I probably would have gone with Grossman if not for the awful fumble that probably should have changed the course of the game, until the defense stepped up and did something about it (unless you count the GB game last season, it's been four years since anyone can say those words).

There was a lot of great performances to pick from this week, but I narrowed it down to Fletcher and Moss and ultimately voted for Fletcher. He's just too good on a play by play basis. You throw out the play where Ballard beat him down the seam, and you're talking about one of his best games as a Redskin. And it's been quite a five year career here. And Kerrigan was really good too. But you talk about a complete game, you can't miss what the old man was doing out there.

Orakpo was quiet. That's all I'll say about his performance.
