4 not letting our players leave via free agency
5 sticking with a GM
5a brodcasting and advertising the redskins all over the area
5b being there for his players (sean taylor family fund, todd Collins to be with his wife for the birth of there child, joe bugel; flying his jet for anyone)
5c trading a boring coles for an electrifying moss

I think the Coles for Moss deal should be in there somewhere as well. I, for one, was pissed when it happened...but stand corrected.
