You are right, but there's gotta be another safe way besides quick screens to get the ball in the hands of ARE and Moss.

I think this would only be a good idea for a team if you have an abundance of talent at wide receiver and (and this is nothing against Campbell) a quarterback like Manning. Manning and campbell are just different types of quarterbacks.
