Re: Redskins 2011 Starting Quarterback: John Beck?
My first instinct is to say we are obviuosly ffff'd at QB.
My second instinct is to say who gives a crap. We have had a clown shoes rotation of medicore QB's for a generation and a half. That hasn't really gotten in the way of Redskins glory has it? Yeah. Back to the ffff'd at QB we have no chance at all mind frame. |
Re: Redskins 2011 Starting Quarterback: John Beck?
I don't understand why everyone is up in arms about this while the lockout is still happening. I'm sure I've said this before, but Beck was the only QB under contract that is not going anywhere during the lockout. We all know McNabb is gone, and Grossman was a free agent. Beyond that, what was MS supposed to say? I'm sure once the lockout is over there will probably be some movement, we may bring a FA and sign Grossman, and it will likely be a competition. Until then, I see no reason to get all worked up over the QB situation, since technically until the CBA is agreed upon, nothing can be done. Shanny doesn't seem to let much slip to the media, and this QB situation is a good example of it.

He had probably the most solid Wr corp also. Firing Norv was a dumb move by Snyder, in that he did it while they still had a playoff shot. |

Re: Redskins 2011 Starting Quarterback: John Beck?
^Classic point, counter-point. If Beck has the tools, he's gonna need a solid OL and a stud WR like Schaub has.

Possible :D However my video for Beck is so "popular" now that you don't have to go two or three pages on YouTube to find it. Don't know how it is for everyone else but for me searching for "John Beck" on YT has the Cardinals video listed second and the and the Jets video listed 5th. I think it use to be I had to type in John Beck Preseason Cardinals or something like that to get on the first page. Talk about finding a niche market. I'm telling you guys I'm headed for the big time and then I'm going to suddenly forget about the rest of you guys. Now for God's sake, how much is it to ask for someone on hear to go on my videos and press F5 for an hour? Have to do everything myself. Re: Redskins 2011 Starting Quarterback: John Beck?
i Could see Terrance Austin making the team because Beck seems to throw to him in the pre season games a lot.
