Funny question though, what do the Browns do now? lol, do they go after Peyton? Certainly Weeden would be an interesting choice for them. Also almost forgot that San Fran traded up for Kapernick [YT]eL12_vMrQ7M[/YT] |

Kapernick can probably play and might surprise. |

Probably the best thing for them to do. Plus if I was them I would be going Blackmon with that first pick, as that goes a long way towards addressing their problem with dropped balls and then I would use either that second 1st or their 2nd round pick for a RB. LaMar Miller, David Wilson, Doug Martin, LaMichael James, I mean take your pick, though to me Miller and James are the two most intriguing options.....not sure though how Cleveland would feel about a player named James. The other thing I'd like to see them do is get Richardson, then Michael Floyd if he drops that far but it's much easier to find a running back then it is to find a sure handed receiver. On top of that Cleveland isn't ready to compete for a title yet so drafting a RB in the top 10, even one as good as Richardson, this early in the rebuilding process could easily be a mistake in spite of any success Richardson would go on to have. Tampa makes a lot more sense seeing as how they already have a lot of the pieces. |

Eh, it would have been nice but not necessary. |

They'll probably look at Josh Johnson and Dennis Dixon. Think Miami might take a look at Young. And Nelson's signing probably puts Landry at an advantage with the Jets |
Re: 2012 NFL Free Agency Tracker
I'm guessing since Flynn signed with Seattle, that Alex Smith's visit isn't needed anymore. Also, why would Miami be interested in Alex Smith? Moore had pretty much identical numbers in 3 fewer games. Keep Moore, draft a rookie and keep on trucking.

I think Flynn will be a solid player in Seattle but not a franchise guy.. Miami is screwed it seems like nobody wants to go there. |

Dennis Dixon is the new Josh McCown, aka how the hell do you keep finding work? |

Maybe the Jets offer Landry a contract now. |
Re: 2012 NFL Free Agency Tracker
Almost forgot, Alex Smith and Reggie Bush were high school teammates so it would be a reunion of sorts for both players if Smith signed with Miami.
Maybe the Jets offer Landry a contract now.
Ironically enough they're looking at Atogwe for safety help. |
