Background on the change of heart: Washington initially didn’t offer J.D. McKissic a deal - until he agreed to one in Buffalo, per his agents Doug Hendrickson and CJ LaBoy. Once McKissic heard Washington was willing to match the offer, he didn’t want to leave.

Ruh man your optimism is commendable, seriously. But over the last 30 years we are very close to being the worst on the field. We are top 5. Off the field, we could be considered the worst.

It isn’t like anyone is exaggerating our woes. To me the losing and the shenanigans are way older than the absolutely warranted complaints. Getting McKissic back is awesome and as a fan I applaud his loyalty- it doesn’t change 30 years though brother. Let’s win more games than we lose for a little while and than we can start complaining about the complaining. Lol.

I think we have a team that's trying to dig itself out of a hole made by years of Snyder's ineptitude and his cronies. There are times that we've been the worst team, we could very well be the worst team next year, I think we are mediocre with potential and there are worst teams.

He was being paid $9m to be a backup, of course he wanted to stay
