Hey pal! Glad to see ya back. I think his statement is probably something the entire world agrees with. If there was some secret plan to remove Putin I don’t think he was tipping his hat here. Probably just stating the obvious. |

Re: Ukraine mega thread
Putin will welcome the Biden comment and will use this to fuel the propaganda machine to his own people: The west wants to topple me and the entire country of Russia, The west has declared us enemy no 1 and this has nothing to do with Ukraine, etc.

With the way Putin controls the media in Russia I don’t feel that matters he can attribute whatever he wants to Biden or west at large. Personally I think the bigger gaffs were saying US troops will understand once they are there and we will respond in kind when referencing Russia’s use of chemical weapons |

Edit - Omaha, Omaha!!
We all want Putin gone, that doesn't mean you say it out loud right now. |
Re: Ukraine mega thread
Better than suggesting Putin be assassinated like Lindsey Graham said.

The statement is true, the timing of the statement was wrong. They aren't mutually exclusive. |

Well, we've had a string of shitty Presidents at the worst time for having them. I hope we can break this cycle, but 2024 isn't looking good for our choices. |
Re: Ukraine mega thread
3 April update
"Key Takeaways Ukraine has won the Battle of Kyiv, and Russian forces are completing their withdrawals from both the east and the west banks of the Dnipro in disorder. Russian forces retreating from around Kyiv will likely need considerable time before they can return to combat. Incidents of refusals of orders to engage in combat operations among Russian units continue and may lead to the redeployment of two BTGs that had arrived near Donbas within the last few days to their home stations in South Ossetia. The continued existence of an independent Ukrainian state with its capital in Kyiv is no longer in question at this time, although much fighting remains and the war could still turn Russia’s way." Re: Ukraine mega thread
Ukraine defense of the capital is a big eyebrow raiser…now can they push the Russians off the Eastern and Southern fronts
