Re: Skins v. Da Bears Gameday Thread
Uh. Did he cross the line?
|
Re: Skins v. Da Bears Gameday Thread
I don't understand why Gruden can't make these types of calls. Short passes, keep the chains moving. When you're up by 14 points, no need to have home run pass. Instead, now the Bears are going to either score a TD or a FG and be down one score.
|
Re: Skins v. Da Bears Gameday Thread
And there it is. Shit like this makes me want this team to get rid of Gruden.
|
Re: Skins v. Da Bears Gameday Thread
Bloody hell Skins
|
Re: Skins v. Da Bears Gameday Thread
Skins better just come out and take a knee. Bunch of manginas walking around out there.
|
Re: Skins v. Da Bears Gameday Thread
How was that pass from Cutler allowed? The one he threw beyond the LOS.
|
Re: Skins v. Da Bears Gameday Thread
Of fucking course. This team has zero killer instinct. And they basically get the ball right back. F**k!!!!!!!!!
Uh. Did he cross the line?
Absolutely he crossed the line! The Call Completely sux! The Ref calls this season completely sux! |
Re: Skins v. Da Bears Gameday Thread
Is the pass past the LOS not reviewable? If not, why? Why do they make certain plays reviewable and not others?
Refs/NFL just screwed us. |
Re: Skins v. Da Bears Gameday Thread
Watch us end up losing. lol gonna be 0-8 on the road.
|
Re: Skins v. Da Bears Gameday Thread
That TD drive ruined the whole fucking half. It can be tied before we even get the ball back.
|

One foot was still behind the LOS, entire body has to be completely passed the LOS to be flagged. |

Not scoring points off the turnover and not converting 3rd shorts are ruining the whole half (and last week's game). I'm seeing the same shit show all over again and it wouldn't surprised me if we end up with an L. |
Re: Skins v. Da Bears Gameday Thread
I want a defensive coordinator that is exciting. We have Coach Bland coaching the D. We cant get to the QB rushing 4. So stop rushing just 4. Cutler has had all day on some throws and he has a rocket arm.
|
Re: Skins v. Da Bears Gameday Thread
Why the fuck are we paying Jackson and garçon?
|
Re: Skins v. Da Bears Gameday Thread
Only the Skins can turn a blowout into this...
We were straight up bending them over, and two weeks in a row, we give up big points with around a minute to go. |

I don't think the defense is the problem... Think they got less talent on that side of the ball and do a better job as a unit. But like I've said all year, Jay gruden and mcvay are both disappointments with the offense. |
Re: Skins v. Da Bears Gameday Thread
Not able to watch this game. The thread is funny though. 14-7 skins at the half and we are outraged! Lol

I now expect to lose. Giving up that TD is so 5-7 like. 14-0 at half is awesome. 14-7 with them getting the ball. Nerve wracking! And we don't win on the road. |

Dude, WTF are you talking about?!?! The defense has FOUR TAKEWAYS in the last two games and the offense has managed to score a pathetic 3 points off turnovers. Why can't people understand that the game changes when you have a substantial lead? If we were up 21 or 28 nothing, the Bears would have to change their gameplay and our offense could be more aggressive. |

You said the same thing last game. I'm hoping for a change of gameplay from Gruden; but I'm seeing the same problems from last week's game and we all know what happened. |

But like I've said all year, Jay gruden and mcvay are both disappointments with the offense.
7 points allowed is pretty solid. But if you have less talent you have to be more aggressive. Rushing only 4 is what great teams can do. We don't have the talent up front to only rush 4 or the talent in the backfield to cover all day. That 3rd and 3 across midfield when we took the sack was a bad omen. Can't see all the routes but it looks like we tried for the homerun. We just needed 3.1. |
Re: Skins v. Da Bears Gameday Thread
No surprise skins go pass happy the last several drives and it changes the whole game. Need to run the ball to win

Ill say the same thing every time we are winning and people are unhappy about it. |

We've gotten ok pressure forcing a turnover and done great against the run. |

And I said they played solid. Just want them to stay aggressive on passing downs. |

We have multiple sacks, and a strip sack fumble. Don't think that is the issue. |

Run defense has been great. That's nice to see. I guess in general I just like blitzing defenses. Doesn't mean I'm right, that's just my preference. Thank you Kerrigan! |

Well they could be more aggressive if the offense did its job and put up more points. |
Re: Skins v. Da Bears Gameday Thread
lol Reed had the entire Bears team on his back

I agree 100%. The offense never backs up the D when they make a big play. |

Sweet pass by KC, hitting Reed in stride.

We need a Center so bad lol.

Re: Skins v. Da Bears Gameday Thread
Neither Jones or Morris runs with explosion....
|
Re: Skins v. Da Bears Gameday Thread
Great second effort by Jones!
|
Re: Skins v. Da Bears Gameday Thread
Good hustle by Jones on that play; key 3rd down that we have not been able to convert.
