Re: Ok everyone can breathe (CB injury report)
its a joke, gibbs and billy are just playing games with the injury report like they used to...

Re: Ok everyone can breathe (CB injury report)
I think that we might see Taylor involved in more coverages than normal this week to compensate for banged up corners. Which I kinda want to see anyways. He would instantly become the biggest, and one of the fastest corners in the league.
Turnovers will not be a burgundy and gold issue this week.
Hmm, "Wash did not look good in Arizona". I was at the game, second row 35 yard line and I seem to remember an incredible defensive performance against the NFL's best passing attack. Rogers 9 solo tackles, says enough for me. Pressure was above average on Warner in a nickel/6 DB set. We'll have Bledsoe begging for retirement sunday. Pray he does not get a TheisMAN payback by Marcus. WE'LL HAVE DALLAS
I agree about that. If turnovers are not the name of the game, I really like our chances. If Brunell didn't throw all those INTs against Arizona, it would have been a rout, something to the tune of 30+ to whatever they had. |
Re: Ok everyone can breathe (CB injury report)
You know something just occured to me.
If Dallas is able to squeak out a win this weekend and KC beats NY, those two circumstances will force me to be a Redskin fan for a week, since the Giants come to FedEx on Christmas Eve. Thats a scary thought.
Man I was thinking the same thing since early i nthe week when I started to analyse all NFC games and playoffs scenarios but hey it would be a merry Chistmas if Washington kicks NY ass and takes revange for that awfull 36 - 0 game |

That's interesting, as I was listening to the local ESPN affiliate in SW Florida. He is a huge NYG fan. His prediction for the division winner, is the winner of the Skins/boys game. It will be great to have the D-line back |

I also think the winner of this game will be the division champ, I do not like the Giants against the Chiefs with a beat up D and Eli who has not played very effecient the past couple of weeks with quite a few mistakes. This is a big game for KC chance for the playoffs as well. Chiefs are going to kill them on the ground this week. Then I also like the chances of us taking down Giants on Christmas Eve. This week will tell alot about the playoff picture for the NFC. One thing though that a lot of people have not discussed is the coaching, if I am not wrong Parcells has a fairly good record against Gibbs, they are very evenly matched I think personell wise and curious if anyone thinks Parcells just has Gibbs #, the numbers don't say so when you look at overall accomplishments, but maybe someone can find that stat as head coach matchups between these two. |

That dates back to 1983. |

The NFL's best passing attack?!?!?! Arizona??? I think not. Arizona !!!! Tell me which one of you didn't have that pencilled in as a win the second the sched came out. |

Re: Ok everyone can breathe (CB injury report)
ok this topic has made a complete 360 and yes arizona is the best passing attack but thats because a the don't have a running game the worst whe ever seen so they have to pass and B becasue they are almost allways WAYY behind and have to play cach up. So that really isn't a good referance.
remmember the NFL grades only in yards don't take count for all the aspects of the game but hey they're the 17th passing defense with an average of 200 yards per game and thast after they faced you and you could only put 122 Also before the game Ari had a -7 turnover margin and they pic brunell 3 times |

Re: Ok everyone can breathe (CB injury report)
I am sure that everyone is talking about Kurt Warner and Boldin/Fitzgerald for MVP, and coordinators around the league are scrambling to get film of that awesome Arizona passing attack so they can incorporate into their playbook.
Indianapolis who? Get me some of that Card fever!!! |

Call it whatever you want, but the Cards do have the most productive passing attack in the league right now. Boldin & Fitzgerald are sick at WR and a handful for any defense. |
Re: Ok everyone can breathe (CB injury report)
Yeah it is true that Boldin and Fitz are really prolific, but look at that team. All they have is two wideouts. That is all you have to scheme against. Three/maybe four man rush then 7/8 deep.
