It was working for them all night I can understand the call. Seemed sort of like a “we all know what play is coming. If you wanna win step up and stop us” situation. Seattle stepped up and stopped them when it mattered.
In general, I hate formations that don't include a RB and WR. And definitely not even at least 1 of the 2. Gotta have the threat of other options imo. |
Re: Around the NFL Week 2
Before today it was impossible to lose this game. Very impressive Atlanta Pussyfucks.

Courtland Sutton is also done for the year for the Broncos. Like Gil Brandt said on Twitter: @Gil_Brandt This might be the year last one standing wins the Super Bowl. |
Re: Around the NFL Week 2
NFC west is shaping up to be fun to watch.

Re: Around the NFL Week 2
Dan Quinn should have been fired in the locker room right after the game...lol. Should not have been allowed to get on the plane. Get your own ticket home and we'll mail you your stuff.

They have the 0-2 Vikings who have looked like dog shit, 0-2 Eagles who we beat and 0-2 Broncos , Falcons ahead of us.... |

Re: Around the NFL Week 2
it is pretty much a given that Cousins will play poorly to start out the year.

Report: NFL fines coaches, teams more than $1 million for not wearing masks in Week 2 Meanwhile the majority of people on the sidelines are not wearing masks.... So dumb. |

No one on the sidelines has COVID or they wouldn't be on the sidelines. Making people miserable in a mask for no reason is more of that save face bullshit. Go all in or all out. |

Scientifically incorrect. Testing takes days to confirm and the virus has an incubation period, not to mention some are asymptomatic. No reason why someone couldn't have been tested earlier in the week, came up clear then gotten infected subsequently, and not be aware of it. However, unlikely its a possibility hence the masks. But yes, it should be an all wear masks or else scenario. |

It's all for show and to avoid being criticized by the media and Karen types that are now running our lives. The players are OK without them according to the league. The NFL has extensive testing and cleaning protocols in place. To force the coaches to wear them is an exercise in stupidity and hypocritical. To punish them for not having them on correctly is just insanity. If a coach feels he needs one, good for him, but enforcing by punishment is just a big show. Coaches should protest in mass by not wearing them to support those coaches who were called out by the league and fined. Force the league to justify the fines. We keep hearing "but the science..." but never hear "but common sense" anymore. To blindly trust someone like Fauci who has a HUGE financial benefit to extending this "crisis" is foolish. |

Only evil coaches can spread the virus. |
