No, in fact it's not recommended to fast two days in a row, I have though and you end up really tired and out of it. It's definitely best to split up the days. I've been losing a pound or two a week for a while now. |

Mon/Wed or Mon/Thurs, depends on what's going on each week |

Yeah that's how I figure it, Monday sucks enough as it is might as well starve myself half the day too. |

Down to 186 today. Said good-bye to the size 38 and 40 waist pants. Don't ever want to see that size again!
