I wouldn't say it's too early, we've got 3 wins and 2 w/NYG, DAL, ATL (in ATL), and KC, for the sake of argument let's say we go 3-2 (I think we'll be lucky to go 2-3, likely 1-4). So if we finish 6-10, do you believe Shanny stays? If so, it'll be another long year in 2014 and bye-bye RG3.
Sounds very logical. |
Re: Gruden Says Start Cousins
I'm no expert but i would think unless somehow Shanhan finishes 8 and 8, he is gone after the season....

Re: Gruden Says Start Cousins
Would there be a chance of MS staying and both KS and JH leaving?
Let me be a little clearer, is there a chance they could both be fired? |

I agree. Getting a real defensive coordinator will go along way. The special teams might be a combination of personnel and coaching. Our FO really f-ed the special teams this last offseason. |
Re: Gruden Says Start Cousins
you dont fkn start cousins. everyones lost theyre mind. let griffin endure what hes created for himself its about growth and development. let him develop! hes a playoff qb, oroy. gimme a break.

It would seem highly unlikely, but it was worth asking the question. I would hope that regardless of what happens in the remaining weeks that both Has and Burns will be unemployed by the second week of Jan. |
Re: Gruden Says Start Cousins
im dreading the kc game. the offense is gonna get smacked. reids seen rg in his young career twice already but now he has the defense to stop us and were in the midst of hell.

I agree that the problem is the defensive coordinator and the special teams coaches. Jim Haslet has to go period! Sent from my RCT6378W2 using Tapatalk |

Re: Gruden Says Start Cousins
Since Mike Shanahan has already stated that he is going to play all of his starters for the rest of the season and try to win every game, I don't even fully understand why Jon Gruden needed to comment on playing Cousins. The issue is moot.
As for the prospect of Jon Gruden as our next Head Coach, I'm for it. You've got to admit that he is cute and entertaining. With that blond hair, he reminds me of my little four year old grandson. And that Chucky act of his on the sideline is just adorable. Plus, he says so many amusing things during press conferences. Makes me want to tousle his hair and tweak his sweet little cheeky. |

Sky...falling.. So to sum it up, if we finish 6-10 this year, then next year will be disastrous and as a result it will be the final year RG3 is a Redskin. Um, ok. |
