Damn. Well, time for Torain and Helu to shine.
exactly, bring up Royster as well. Got faith in our depth at RB. In regards to Moss, time for the young guys to get more work |
Re: Updated: Hightower Torn ACL/Moss Out 5-7 Weeks
I brought this up in another thread. It sucks that some of these guys are hurt but let's be honest. Have we really been a top offense with Cooley and Moss as starters? I think the best year was 05. It's time to let these some of these guys that we drafted get in there and see what they can do. Even with Fletch. Yeah he's the team leader but why did we draft Riley? To be a bench warmer his whole career?

Lol, new title gave me false hope of a miracle cure.
Here's the title: Updated: Hightower Torn ACL/Moss Out 5-7 Weeks And here's how I read it: Updated: Hightower Torn ACL/Out 5-7 Weeks |

In regards to Moss, time for the young guys to get more work
I'm listening to Shanny's presser right now. Just a minute ago he said that Hankerson has "been making some absolutely spectacular plays in practice." Hopefully the light is starting to come on for him. We need him. Edit- I'm going to double post this in the Hankerson thread.... |
Re: Updated: Hightower Torn ACL/Moss Out 5-7 Weeks
Grossman's pneumonia is pretty bad- Shanny just said he'll be in the hospital for the next 48 hours. I guess he was running a very high temperature today.
That sucks. |

That sucks.
There is good news though.
Typically, oral antibiotics, rest, simple analgesics, and fluids are sufficient for complete resolution.
It also goes on to say that typical treatment requiring hospitalization last 1 to 2 days followed by 3 to 5 days of follow up. |
Confirmed. Done for the year
who are you referring to? Moss? Hightower, or the redskins offense? |
Re: Updated: Hightower Torn ACL/Moss Out 5-7 Weeks
This sucks for Hightower and the offense, however this might be good thing for Redskins in long run.. Hightower won't be able to command a large contract, thus making it easier for us to resign him in the off season. And this injury will give Helu plenty of chances to play.

Re: Updated: Hightower Torn ACL/Moss Out 5-7 Weeks
Im Not going to lie folks, maybe we really should look at T.O? I mean who else we got? AA has been AWOL this year which was to be expected and Gaffney is a number 2 at best, Fred Davis is our number 1 ATM.. Ouch
