When there are 4-5 teams that want QB’s why would you pick a DE or OL? Trade down a few spots, get more picks and still get your DE and OL.

I'm just doing different drafts with a different position at No. 2, to see how it plays out.

Well, that's obvious but, for goodness sakes, you don't need to be ridiculous with the #2 pick in the entire draft. Some of your other picks look pretty sweet, tho. Carry on.
