i wouldn't be opposed A Smith if we fuck up the Cousins QB situation.
I wouldn’t be either, just talking about him as a player. BUT, several teams would have serious interest and the Chiefs could hold out for a pretty sweet deal in a trade. And given the QB market I don’t think it’s a given he could be had for just $20m per.

I would take Smith too but u have to have a RB for him to be that effective, Kirk doesn't need a RB to ball out
It is both funny and completely inaccurate. Jesus effin Christ.
It is all about wins and loses.

Russell Wilson carried the Seahawks with team injuries , offensive line issues , no running game. Kirk can not carry a team. If you want to continue seeing other teams play in January, bet on Cousins. He is an average QB, in a system that can’t produce in the red zone . You don’t pay an average QB 27+million. You pay a game changing QB 27+ million ie Russell Wilson , Tom Brady , Drew @ NO, Big Ben.
By the way they are in the playoffs.

Wilson is a better QB in fact all are that you mentioned. Kirk is not far behind them

2. Keenum
3. T Taylor

4. Dalton
5. Bradford

54. Turd sandwhich

77. Eli Manning

If you cant get Rosen in the draft...Id pass on first round QB.

FOOTBALL OUTSIDERS: Innovative Statistics, Intelligent Analysis | 2017 OFFENSE EFFICIENCY RATINGS

Seattle's run game is better than ours. 21st v 28th.

We have played the 6th toughest defensive schedule while Seattle played the 16th.

We are ranked 11th in passing offense while Seattle is ranked 15th.

Seattle's defense is better than ours:FOOTBALL OUTSIDERS: Innovative Statistics, Intelligent Analysis | 2017 DEFENSE EFFICIENCY RATINGS

Kirk has a better DVOA and DYAR while playing much tougher defenses: FOOTBALL OUTSIDERS: Innovative Statistics, Intelligent Analysis | QUARTERBACKS 2017

The Skins have 20 on IR not counting Cravens: 2017 Washington Redskins Depth Chart | Ourlads.com

Seattle has 17 on IR:
2017 Seattle Seahawks Depth Chart | Ourlads.com

We also beat Seattle in Seattle.

Here is the box score: Redskins vs. Seahawks - Box Score - November 5, 2017 - ESPN

Wilson had a 55% completion percentage against our defense and 2 interceptions while his running game averaged 5.3 yards per carry.

Kirk had a 67% completion rating against their defense, zero interceptions while our running game averaged 2.2 yards per carry.

Despite a lesser run game, lesser defense, and more injuries Kirk is playing better (or at least as good) and is shouldering more of the burden of the offense.

This is why ESPN's QBR is a joke...

Dak 66 QBR
Kirk 54 QBR

How?

Our 2018 QB will be starting for the Rams on Sunday, check him out.

I honestly believe Dan refuses to pay KC top dollar just like he refuses to fix the god damn turf.

Prediction:
KC is going to walk and the Redskins will send a 2nd round pick(Maybe they totally screw this up and send a 1st) to the Rams for Sean Mannion who has a year in McVays system.

Also, KC will sign with AZ after he and Larry Fitzgerald make S'mores and sing happy Jesus songs together.

That is a big stretch, Sean Mannion? Why the hell does he value a 2nd? The turf issue is because Dan doesn't want to fix Fedex, he wants a new stadium else wear like many have said.

Re: Cousins Saga 4.0. Is he done in DC?
How many playoff games did Kirk win?
Kirk is not the answer. Why pay 27 million to a QB who can’t lead his team to victory in the big games? ie Giants last year ie playoff against Green Bay. 4000 yards season. Red Zone efficiency terrible. What wrong with that picture? He is a dink and donk QB . No long ball accuracy. Compare Kirk to Russell Wilson. Compare Kirk to Drew in NO. Compare Kirk to Tom Brady. Compare to Carson Wentz. These are game changing QB’s That is who you pay 27 million.

One last thing.Drew team scored 2 touchdown s in 3 mins. and beat the Redskins. Kirk had the same opportunity. Need I say more.
You said it yourself Cuz threw for 4,000 yards the past three seasons and near 30 touchdowns as well. So I guess your right getting a guy who will throw for less yards and touchdowns will be the answer. And I don't even know who Brees' receivers are but I'm sure they're better than the Redskins current batch. And I'm sure his running game is more apparent than the one here.

And last time I checked Brees, Brady, Wentz aren't going to be in free agency to grab. And if they were they would cost a whole hail of a lot more than $27 Million or however much Kirk will get paid. Quarterbacks like that don't fall out of trees. They have to be groomed and surrounded with complimentary players. Our signal caller has a makeshift offensive line; no running game; and a suspect defense and is still putting up solid numbers.

This is the reasons Was has always missed out on great or at the least QBs and have been one of the worst run franchises in three decades. Let's be real the only reason why Cousins hasn't been resigned is because Snyder just doesn't want him here. He's butt hurt his last project didn't work out and Danny boy has deluded himself into thinking he can find another great quarterback. But hey considering his past track record with picking them (Jeff George; Patrick Ramsey; Jason Campbell; and RG3) we should be OK finding a replacement for the best one we've had in the thirty years of sucktitude we've been mired in.:Flush:

I don't understand why so many of the media people are saying KC wants out. From everything I've heard from him he seems open to coming back if the numbers work out. All can be forgotten if the Redskins guaranteed 75 million or so...

If it doesn't work out then they need to trade him and get something back. You can't let your starting QB the last 3 years walk out the door and not get anything back in return.
