Maybe RG III can be salvaged if we had a real HC, OC, and DC. If you want to save RG III, Shanny has to go, as all the asst coaches on offense do as well. The way it has played out thus far, trading up for RG III was a mistake, a big one if we can't rehabilitate Robert.

Why Gruden? He is just another big/sexy name that will just be another poser coach for us. Get a no name guy that is under the radar that isn't the sexy pick. We need a George Allen type, with Norv's offensive flair, or better yet, a younger Gibbs type. Get a solid college coach maybe, a guy with vision like Chip Kelly, that can adapt his system successfully to the pros, unlike Spurrier.
