Like I said, I would have talked to a manager if the service was really that shitty.

I've never had an experience so bad where I would consider not leaving a tip.

If someone doesn't feel a tip is justified, fine, don't leave a tip. But leaving a trivial amount and a comment is just being an asshole. Something tells me a person like that probably wasn't an ideal customer.

I hear ya. I had a friend in high school, her Dad was straight off the boat from Russia. Dude was hardcore when it came to vodka. He was always in the middle of a bottle anytime we were over at her house. Russians don't mess around when it comes to boozin' that's for sure. And on top of that this guy was a workaholic. He owned his own auto repair shop and ran a motel on the side. I don't think he ever slept.

Vodka is tricky though depending on the quality.

Was it like.. top shelf like ketel one or grey goose? Or was it that shit that comes in plastic bottles like vlad or Bankers Club? Man those are the worst, this coming from someone who adores white liquor. On a good night I can shoot grey goose, but I absolutely start heaving when it starts tasting like glass shards. Think Bacardi and start working down in terms of quality.
