Re: WFT's Off-Season Thread
I'd say if the budget allows, tag him and look at a trade. Worth more than the comp pick and if not, we've got our OL anchor for this year. But draft a replacement as well as a new LT. I have to agree that he'd be an expensive luxury long term, but too much this year alone? If we spend big in FA on other targets then yes, he'd have to go to make/keep room, but if we don't would it be a waste of money on another years rental?
Sincere question: what would be a tagged RG's trade value ?

Julia Donadlson " I'm not a big fan of the Redwolves"

Didn't go into details but coming from the VP of marketing, I'd say thats pretty significant

I am holding firm that it will stay Football Team until the NFL investigation into Snyder is finished. If he is forced to sell a new owner being able to stamp their legacy right a way will add a couple 100 million to asking price I would imagine.

I can't believe anyone cares about cheerleaders anymore.

Anyway, I would let Scherff walk. Can't see any surplus value in paying a guard $15m-$18m.

COED dance squad lolololol. GTFO here with that. None of that shit is needed. Terrible.

Wouldn't read too much into it, she said that responding to a video tweet of a kid asking for WFT to become Redwolves, she replied "Adorable! (But personally I’m not a fan of RedWolves.)" .
They don't want to be perceived has having already made a choice. And she knew too much would be made out of her simply replying "Adorable".

Well my solution was just to ignore any name change. That has already gotten me in trouble elsewhere.

I'm fine with the team remaining Washington Football Team. I just hope there is a marketing campaign to have the media refer to the team as "Washington" for short. It drives me nuts when people jokingly call it "The Football Team." I'm like, no mf'ers, you could have easily referred to the team as Washington.

Well.. We do need a legit LT so, while this will be a weird reunion, I wouldn't oppose to it.

I would love that but what's the $$??

Re: WFT's Off-Season Thread

I'd rather spend $$ on Trent than extend Scherff. But it's hard to see him coming back here.
