So my wife is vaxxed - and had a breakthrough case. She is home though and other than being tired with some minor symptoms quite comfortable. As opposed to hospitalized, or dead.

Yet any of our anti vaxx idiot (former) friends keep saying “see you got it and your vaxxed”. And she keeps saying back to them “yup and talking to you right now”. They honestly don’t get it. Morons on every level. Im at the point now if someone is offended because I call them a moron for not being vaxxed i follow it up with a good “go fuck yourself”. They are 100 percent responsible for this thing finding hosts to live on in and morph. Wouldn’t be break through cases if this thing wasn’t getting stronger(delta, omnicron) because they are afraid of shots.
Another favorite excuse is “they rushed it”. Well yeah dumbass its a global pandemic and sort of became a top priority.
But my favorite of all is my (former) friends who did heroin, or pills, or cocaine for most of their lives and tell me “im not putting that shit in my body”. Those people are the biggest morons of all. I bet if some Facebook rumor went around that there was heroin in the vaccine you would see an uptick in vaccinations.
The anti vaxx dip shits are literally killing the world.
If anyone is going to argue with me about any of this, save it. I already know you are stupid. No reason to reinforce it.

My local hospital has more cases than ever, and I was reading that someone in there has been hospitalized multiple times due to covid but still refuses to get vaccinated. My lord people are painfully dumb.

It seems like vaccination was the wrong word to use from the beginning. IMO most people hear vaccination and think once you get vaxed you don't get the disease. Like polio or measles. Shot should have been used. People who get flu shots get the flu (albeit a mild case) every year. Shot does have the same "you cant get it" implication vaccine does.

I hate to say it but that's probably what we will see. When Dallas was playing good local fans started buying tickets while the WFT was playing bad. Now that the WFT is playing good the tickets have jumped in price probably stopping our fans from getting tickets.

It would be nice to have a stadium full of WFT fans, but honestly they haven't earned it yet. Sucks for the players, because I feel like they deserve it with they way they are playing of late, but it's going to take more than a 4-game winning streak to fill the seats with the right fans. If they finish strong, maybe we'll start to see a noticeable difference next year.

Im thinking back to 12/18/05. Very similar situation. Dallas. We needed the win. So did Dallas. Maybe its my drunken memory but I remember it being a vast majority of us inside that stadium. Just hoping it is similar, at least to how i think I remember it.

The NFL certainly will get what it wanted with the round robin NFC East schedule.

We came up empty in the RZ alot, but if we had scored Rodgers would have probably put the pedal to the metal. I think their offense toned it down because we were so inept. Possibly could have been closer but i cant call that a shoulda won game.

That being said i think they are a team we match up well against if we do see them again.

This week has a real "any given Sunday" feel. I don't think either team has a lock, and whoever plays error free and with heart will win. I believe we have the heart, but error free is a different thing all together.
