That was great. Someone should have given him a game ball for that.
Seattle came in ranked 4th in the league in rushing yards allowed per attempt, and 10th in rushing yards allowed per game. We attacked their strength with our strength and had success all night, with the exception of a few 1-yard-to-go plays. If they can duplicate that down the stretch, and be more productive in the red zone, this is going to be a tough team to beat.
Seattle also has an excellent RZ defense. Most teams we are getting in there. They are tough. Plus no kicker towards the end didn’t help. I feel real good about how this team is playing. Next man up.

If anyone is wondering(myself included) why TH throws a rock its because of this :

After we beat the Bucs, Rivera message was a David vs Goliath and the stone throw. and he threw a stone in that speech, which gets the team fired up.

No way this is a bad win. We should won this game by 20. Some FLUKE ass shit was the reason Seattle was allowed to even hang around. Who loses their kicker on a freaking blocked XP run back? Come on bruh. GREAT game.

We always say good teams find a way to win on bad days, we over came so much adversity to win this game. IMO this was a AMAZING win one we usually lose.

The bad win title is probably tied into the good loss joke from a few weeks ago I think.

We kicked their ass. Blocked kick and two busted coverages plus losing our kicker. Idc what the score says we dominated.

Gibson.... I really love him but he needs to learn to pay attention to game situations. On our last drive - he went out of bound, which stopped time before the time went down to the 2 min mark. Wilson and Seahawks scored in the last 17-18 seconds, they wouldn't have that opportunity had if Gibson stayed inside to let the time run down to the 2 min mark.

Wilson wasn't himself, he overthrew players a few times and got pressured easily. I wonder if his hand injury is serious than he and Seahawks admit.

It was a great game by the defense! Isn't it weird how the defense started to play well without Young and Sweat? Hopefully this will force Young and Sweat to realize that the defense is more than about those 2 guys.

I was thinking that also but i also think JDR leaned to much on those two when he was game planning now that he doesn't have those two he needs to be more creative.

They'd have connected deeper faster. While it was a bonehead move I think his momentum took him out. They'd have scored most likely wither way, tho

That is two weeks in a row that Gibson has inexplicably gone out of bounds and stopped the clock for the opponent in a one-score game when they had no timeouts. No excuse for that. I can give him a pass once, but two weeks in a row is boneheaded. Could have cost them the game, both times.

I said it in the game thread last night, I was thinking you just gave Seattle a free time out for two extra yards. Meanwhile TH a few plays before slide in bounds to keep clock going rather then doing his signature dive to the goal line.

I have to go back but I swear Seattle got the ball in the next drive up to mid field before the two minute warning, all that fucking time would have been gone if AG had stayed in bounds, its the fucking little things.
Yeah but you knew that that was going to happen, at least I did. This team has been doing that all season with the blown coverages like that, and Wilson was due.
Heiney once again came up big,That fourth down throw was clutch and it was a thing of beauty.
I’m not happy with RR not going for the chip shot fg, but we were fucked out of that touchdown. The NFL consistently says if it’s called a touchdown on the field it Hass to be clear and obvious to overturn it, but yet they continue to not go by that rule,God I fucking hate Goodell.
The highlights showing the catch shows he clearly shows the ball moving and hitting the ground. It was not a catch but we still won.

The ball can move and even touch the ground, as long as you maintain control which it appeared that he did. He tucked his wrist under the ball as he hit the ground. Shouldn't have been overturned. I didn't see anything that was clear and obvious.

and just the fact the review took so long (unless there was some sort of unknown technical issue), if something was obvious it should be an easy and quick decision

Exactly. If it takes 5 minutes to review, the evidence isn’t irrefutable. Bullshit call. And could have changed the outcome.

Hail yeah .. what a win. Team is finding ways to win. As long as the D can keep the opponents scoring below 20, this ball control death by a million paper cut offense may be just enough.

Physically demanding game though. We paid a price for sure.

D forced like 5 3 n outs in a row.

Bryce Love -- is he done done? Feel like we are going to need a RB4 soon. Adrian Peterson signed w someone but did he stick?

Great team win. Great coaching.

We had an offensive and defensive game plan and ran it.

Exactly. His hand/wrist was completely under the ball and he never lost control. Having LT back is just huge. Hope you got a charity in mind. Giants, Eagles twice - that should be 8 wins. We need to get one from Dallas and or the Raiders to have a winning season. That Denver game is like a thorn in my side. That should have been the start of the streak.

You couldnt tell with the angles they were showing while reviewing the call then right before they made the call overturning the tv feed showed a quick glimpse of an angle not seen before that appeared to show it hit the ground.

I think NY was studying that one angle we only got a glimpse of.

MNF tv camera angles were awesome. I love when theyd go sky camera behind the QB so you could see the routes developing.

Per Keim:

In the last five games, Washington's defense ranks 8th in points allowed and fourth in yards. They're 21st on third downs, but in the last four games they're 12th on third down and 6th in passing yards.... It's what many expected of them entering the season

The ball can hit the ground though as long as his hand is under it and he doesn’t lose control. It was. He didn’t. That was a TD. Thank God this conversation is after a win. Lol.

That's a big relief! If McKissic had to miss some games, the offense will look different and challenging for the offense to overcome the loss.
