LOL. Sunnyside will set him straight. Those two should have their own thread called “half empty or half full”. Haha. Im like a combination of both. Im either really excited and optimistic or really pissed off and pessimistic. My brain is fuckin tired! On a side note as long as the NCAA doesn’t shut it down im happy. Go Canes! |

On a side note as long as the NCAA doesn’t shut it down im happy. Go Canes!
lol Punch ... im actually very negative of the Skins. Before this season I probably picked us to go 4-12, think we have the worst O line in football, worst secondary in football, bottom 5 WR corp and think Haskins will not be a long term starter in this league. After the eagles win when I said our success was not repeatable, our ints were more from luck .. i got called a poor Thanksgiving guest who sticks his dick in the mashed potatoes. But knowing we will suck, knowing Haskins will struggle, knowing we wont be able to run the ball, knowing OCs will be able to game plan around our front 4 .... allows me to enjoy the small nuggets. Geron and Wes are not long term solutions (maybe Wes) but me being happy that at least they are identifying their assignment and not get beat .5 seconds after the snap is a win ... bc I thought they would be beat off the snap repeatedly. Im happy to see the O line sometimes push back a DL and seal some lanes. I did not think that was possible. Low expectations + enjoying the small individual player successes = a good mindstate to have in a dead year. Now next year, if they dont spend cap on actual starters (LT, CB1, FS, WR2, LB) I will be much harder on them. This year, with covid, new HC and everything .. I understand. Its a lost season before the first snap was taken. Next year .. lets go. I will have raised expectations. |

One because i knew the win was fools gold also and two because i love mashed potatoes. |

HAH. Wait n see if covid starts knocking guys out. You will be right back in the running. Barkley getting hurt so early was a crusher. |
Re: Around the NFL week 3
Ravens looked beatable to me. They can't pressure the QB w/ out blitzing. Their secondary didn't even try to cover KC's wr's. If they get behind they're done. Jackson has no drop back game. They will abandon that junk offense soon. Watch..

Re: Around the NFL week 3
Junk offense lol
They were 14-2 last year with it |
Re: Around the NFL week 3
Everyone loses to the Chiefs. Kind of how you win a super bowl.

Skins 24 Baltimore 20 Haskins bounce back game. Payne knocks Lamar out the game |
Re: Around the NFL week 3
Yes the Ravens had a great team last year- but it gives teams another year to study their run game. Yeah they'll run all over us cause our offense will keep putting the d back out on the field. But as we know here that offense isn't sustainable. Jackson has lost every game when he has trailed at halftime. Until he has a "you like that" kind of game, where he passes his team to a win, then Jackson is just a better version of RG3.
Ravens had 97 yards in the air.. lol. Mahomes gets that in a drive or two. |

Don't you mean if we get him in range? Or are you suggesting he's inaccurate? |
Junk offense lol
They were 14-2 last year with it
22-4 with him as a starter. 3 of those losses against the Chiefs. Two losses to playoff teams. As a WFT fan I would be happy for that two year span. Thing is Lamar continues to work and improve as a passer. Harbaugh generally is a good coach but in all losses gets away from the RPO. Something tells me this offense is going to be fine and continue to evolve. |
