I don't have good choices here. I have data capped internet and most radio stations have very weak signals. I would rather listen to Cowherd than the constant screaming and yelling out of Skip Bayless and Stephen A. Smith.

For some reason talk radio or a ball game of any sort help pass the time better as something to listen to while doing monotonous work that drives me nuts. I am a self employed machinist, army of one. Sometimes I have tasks that are equivalent to screwing the caps on a couple thousand tubes of tooth paste and I need a distraction.
