Every coach should get at least 3 years. I've been critical at times but never wanted him fired. If we finish at 7-9 or better it will have been a pretty successful season.

We get a turnover and our offense stops playing. It's like the reverse of when the offense would get a touchdown then the defense would give one up the next series.
