I can taste the freedom blowing in the breeze. It's almost here. Really hoping for the July date as that's before training camp starts. But either date is still before week 1.

I thought this is interesting move.. I wonder if this would still have happened if the Commanders sale movement didn't happen.

Update: The NFL has scheduled a special owners' meeting for July 20 for consideration of the Commanders sale and a potential vote, source says. The league notified the owners in a memo late Thursday. Revised story coming momentarily.

July 20 will be one of the best days in franchise history. Cannot wait to be rid of the stench of Snyder. Finally. He’s about my age and I thought I’d be stuck with him for my lifetime which was a really depressing thought. What a frigging relief.

I'm staying up until midnight, like it's NYE. So weird how eerily quiet it is. It's almost like the rest of you have lives OR believe something bad is going to happen tomorrow. Hopefully it's the former.

I'm at work too, waiting to have the news alert come over my phone / watch. I imagine it will be breaking news nationally when it happens. I'm trying to not to watch for it. I want to be surprised. I want to remember this day, and where I was and exactly how I felt when the news breaks.

We have all waited so long for this moment! Now it may be finally here!!!
