Re: Day 2 thread: rounds 2-3
Would you try to trade for Cleveland's first pick in the second round, and give them our 4th and one of our 5ths? It's the right value, I don't know if they would take it. I imagine the first pick of the 2nd round has a bit of exaggerated value as teams reshuffle their boards.
edit: actually that value is for their second pick, the one after the Giants...
If I were Bruce Allen, I would definitely pay the price to move up for the first pick of the round if I believed that Guice is a special player who could significantly improve our running game. |

noooooooo, they need a starting guard, a starting RB, a starting CB, and help just about everywhere. That is the type of move you make if you are 1 player away from being a league champion. |

And be happy as hell with the offseason |

Whatever they do will probably be OK with me. |
I like where we sit, 12th pick in tonight's festivities.
There are several players who I'd be very happy with at that spot: Guard Will Hernandez UTEP RB Derrius Guice LSU Slot CB Donte Jackson LSU CB Josh Jackson Iowa RB Nick Chubb Georgia C/G James Daniels Iowa Edge Rush OLB Harold Landry Boston College Free Safety Ronnie Harrison Alabama Free Safety Justin Reid Stanford RB Ronald Jones USC
Someone is drafting for need early in the second round and i think i like it.....[emoji57][emoji846][emoji6] |

Re: Day 2 thread: rounds 2-3
I really hope they stick with the defense. I'd be happy with Harold Landry, Maurice Hurst, Josh Jackson, Ronnie Harrison, Justin Reid...but I won't hate it if they take Will Hernandez if he's available, or a top 5-6 RB in Guice, Chubb, or Jones, but I think they can find a good RB tomorrow too.

per Cooley;
On Jordan Reed. He can't WALK into anyone's facility tomorrow. Let alone jog in." That's great. TE may be a bigger priority than most people thought. |

Not that Cooley is a shill for the FO or anything |

If he stayed healthy he was well on his way to the HOF. His stats were as good as any TE at one point and he was only getting better. |
Re: Day 2 thread: rounds 2-3
We gotta follow BPA strategy at this point; it is very likely one of players who are considered as 1st round talent or high 2nd round talent will fall to us.

Re: Day 2 thread: rounds 2-3
As long as its not a rb or a qb I'm good.
Would love Henandez or Williams or Lorenzo Carter or Landry. |
