Yep...I have no problem w/ JC calling out a guy to step it up (on the offensive side of the ball). Thomas may be a guy he needs a lot of "coaching" not just in the sense of actual instruction but extra encouragement and kind of saying "look you have to make a difference for us here." Some will say that shows a lack of maturity...don't forget he's still a kid, like most of the ballers out there. I like was Jason is doing and I tend to think it pays dividends down the road.

You are right JC and the Skins are going all the way. Some teams wished they had a QB who completed 62% of their passes.
