Rocks 1 million extra will not affect the Redskins:

1) Signing rookies
2) FA signing
3) Restricted FA signing
4) Extending existing players

Question. In my view he's worth the money, its not that much he's asking for. I've seen in years past what boring bad returns we've had. Rock is great at getting to the 30yd line at minimum each time.
